Subscription and billing systems

3. License and Usage

This is a commercial product developed by Humanoidz.ai. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited. You may use the Service for:

Personal development and learning
Commercial projects with proper licensing
Educational purposes with attribution

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Not use the Service to create competing products

In no event shall Humanoidz.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
